Midas Energy is proud to announce that we have been awarded a significant contract with the German utility company Stadtwerke Bonn to deliver a cutting-edge software solution for the calculation of electricity and natural gas products in Stadtwerke Bonn’s business customer sales division. Midas Energy was selected as the preferred provider after a competitive European tender, thanks to our advanced technical capabilities and user-friendly design.
A step towards efficiency and automation
Stadtwerke Bonn has set clear objectives to streamline its internal processes and to better meet the evolving needs of its customers. Their business customer sales department identified a need for a new software platform to manage complex calculations, procurement, and controlling activities for both electricity and natural gas while minimizing reliance on manual processes.
With an increased demand for commodity markets and competitive pressures, Stadtwerke Bonn sought a cloud-based software solution that could be seamlessly integrated with their existing IT infrastructure, including SAP systems. The aim is to support the entire product lifecycle – from marketing, sales, and portfolio management to managing customer contracts and conducting risk assessments.
